The BARE NAKED FRAME is 100% TIG welded with 20mm axle plates ready for you to install your OWN head tube and motor mounts.

The HEAD TUBE SERVICE includes the frame and installation of your original head tube with valid title or we will issue a new 17 digit MSO number scribed on a brand new (Harley Big Twin) head tube (Includes Manufacture's Statement of Origin)
